For us it concerns not only basic parameters like soil quality or controlled farming, but also sustainability, fairness and social engagement. If all that is given, we can grant top quality of the products, comprehensive retraceability and professional quality management.
CERTIFIED ORIGIN PROVABLE
Product quality and product safety are important features. Hence we reckon with the controlled and certified cultivation of our farmers, and we entirely abstain from genetic engineering. Therefore all our raw materials are not only bio-certified, but also retraceable back to the producer. Our customers know about this and therefore they maintain long-term business relations with us. We know about the effort of our farmers, and with our fair trading we want to ensure their means of existence.
CONTROLLED QUALITY SAFETY ALONG THE VALUE-ADDED CHAIN
Trust not only plays a major role with biologically cultivated agricultural products. Therefore we have all our products certified by independent organisations according to strict and internationally recognised quality criteria. Of course we also test personally the raw materials by means of visual, organoleptic and gustation tests.
CULTIVATION IN EUROPE SHORT AND RETRACEABLE ROUTES
We know the producer associations as well as the farmers personally and we maintain friendly relations with them. Thanks to contractual cultivation within the European Union we always try to deal with top-quality products which have to be transported the shortest possible way. This also allows for a certain quick reaction in case of changing market conditions. Furthermore, the physical proximity makes it easy to efficiently and smoothly deal with public authorities, laboratories, institutions and certification centres.
